Average. Positive: Comfortable beds. Negative: One fan was broken and it was too hot. The bathroom drainage is not that well it was smiling.

Positive: Great place to stay, just out of poole. Shops and bars very close. The bar downstairs didn't disturb us at all. Great to have designated parking. Nice large fridge. Negative: Step up to bathroom. Not a big issue for myself but a worry for my elderly mum getting up in the night.

Great location and excellent value for money. Positive: The location was ideal, and good to have parking available too. Excellent value for money with great facilities. Negative: Although the accomodation was clean, there were a few areas that looked a little tired and needed a new lick of paint here and there. The garden area (which we didn't use) could use a tidy up though. This was our main view and it just looked a little scruffy with old BBQ's just left lying around.

REALLY GOOD APART FROM THE FACT ThAT WE LOST AN AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENNG WAITING FOR TV TECH TO ARRIVE, WHICH NEVER H Positive: CLEAN AND WELL EQUIPPED. WELL LOCATED AND PEACEFUL DESPITE BEING QUITE NEAR BOTH RAIL AND ROAD TRANSPORT ARTERERIES. Negative: NO PHYSICAL HUMAN PRESENCE AVAILABLE TO CONTACT/ADVISE. TELEPHONE CONTACT WAS INEFFICIENT. THE MANAGEMENT, PROMISED OVER THE PHONE, TO SEND OUT A TV TECHNICIAN TO RE-ATTACH A LOOSE CABLE HANGING FROM TV WHICH WE FOUND ON ARRIVAL AND WERE UNABLE TO RE-CONNECT OURSELVES.

Good location but let down by some points Positive: Good location, lots to do nearby and nicely decorated Negative: The WiFi for the apartment didn't work and the toilet was left in a very unpleasant state from previous guests
