Ocean Spray Suite by Grandeur Property

Great flat in a great location Positive: Great location, large flat and added bonus of a parking space. Great welcome pack and free toiletries was appreciated. Fully kitted out with everything you might need for a great holiday, and dog friendly. Negative: People smoking outside the building & looking into the lounge. Floors needed a good steam clean & blinds dusty. A few bits of paint touch up also needed. The amount of emails from Grandeur Property Services when you book is unnecessary 😉

dissa;ppointed. Positive: Location good Negative: The property is for sale. There has not been any serious expenditure in terms of decoration, replacements or facilities. I would term it as 'tired' The photos on the booking system were taken a long time ago and it shows. They also make the rooms look better/bigger than they really are.

Good location , very comfortable with good amenities . View from windows slightly spoilt it. Positive: Ground floor so great for anyone with mobility issues , parking right outside , great location, two bathrooms and toilets . Negative: Unfortunately living and dining room looked out onto the car parking spaces for the block of flats, so view was poor and we had to keep blinds closed to avoid people looking in .

Fantastic accomodation Positive: We loved everything about Ocean Spray, location is perfect, very clean and had everything we needed. Had a few queries and they were always answered promptly and in a friendly manner. Negative: Maybe the only thing would be 2 keys. We travelled with my elderly parents so we didn't always do the same thing. This was a minor problem however in relation to all the things we loved.
