Seaview Retreat by Grandeur Property

Positive: Beautiful sea view. Comfortable open plan living area. Negative: Bedrooms are cramped. The water pressure in the main bathroom was poor. The hall light doesn't work. The apartment is for four people but there's only seating for two on the balcony,

Loved the property, would return. Positive: The property has been finished to the highest standards. The location is perfect, the view to the sea was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable and we got very good nights sleep. Even though the weather was very hot, the apartment was easy to keep cool. Negative: Nothing.

Bright, comfortable apartment with amazing views. Positive: We loved the location of the property, the instructions for access etc were very good. It is bright and comfortable with good facilities. Negative: The main bathroom water pressure is too low especially the sink for hand washing. The en-suite bedroom could do with extra electrical socket/adapter as had to keep swapping things to use. Also would benefit from having a full length mirror for hair drying etc especially as the bathroom one steams up after showering, the light on this mirror also doesn’t work. The balcony is a lovely place to sit, I think this space needs a deep clean as if it were an internal room. Only minor but we found a disposable dirty food tray behind the kitchen bin when looking for dish wash tablets, which were missing too. Although a simple message and some were bought to us.

Great location TV Positive: Location and view. Negative: No instructions for the hob at the property which we couldn't get to work. Parking instructions given by agent were inaccurate.

Positive: excellent location, well equipent. Negative: some wears and tears have to be fixed like balcony glass blinds.
