Harbour View by Grandeur Property

We had a fantastic stay at Harbour View – Sea Views & Balcony close to Poole Town. The location was perfect for us. We could see the sea from the balcony and were at the quayside within two minutes, with boat trips, shops, bars and restaurants all easily accessible. Yet the apartment was just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to feel peaceful – we could sit on the balcony, relax and people-watch. We also enjoyed the little market along the waterfront on Sunday, the last of the season apparently. The apartment itself was pristinely clean, tidy and very comfortable. It was easy to access, the appliances were excellent and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. Parking was also simple and, being included in the price, was a real bonus. We enjoyed a fantastic Jurassic Coast boat trip with Coastal Cruises and a wonderful meal at Custom House, where I learnt about the Hawkhurst Gang and their smuggling history in Poole – a fascinating bonus to the weekend! Our only disappointment was the additional communication from Grandeur Property. The automated arrival information and guest dashboard were excellent, but when I requested a late check-out, I contacted them via the dashboard, email and phone, only to receive several separate requests asking whether we wanted to stay an additional night. Each time I explained that we couldn't stay but would like a late check-out, or alternatively to leave our car in the allocated parking space. Eventually I was offered a one-hour

Positive: Well Equipped. Very clean. Comfy bed. Parking Negative: Because of great location noisy late pub near. Would stay again

Positive: The property was clean and tidy. It is central for Poole Quay. Negative: There was one price on Booking.com when we booked it but the price increased by quite a lot for a cleaning charge. This is normally included in the original price. The place is very hard to find and the instructions of how to get there are not good.

Perfect little spot! Positive: Amazing location, secure parking, comfy apartment - really luxurious and quality set up! Pretty much everything you could need Negative: I didn't get a response to a question as things were being answered by chat bots - not a big deal.
