Attention to detail
Positive: Lovely house, great location
Negative: It would have been nice to have a complimentary tea bag! dishwasher tablet, something to clean the kitchen surfaces.!
There was absolutely nothing! Just milk, which is of little use, if you can't have a cuppa on arrival. Had to do a big shop when we arrived late. The garden hadn't been touched in a long while. Had to clean up the poo from previous pets.
