Was nice but due to having to report problems on several occasions felt that should have been given a slight refund as g
Positive: Good size for what we needed
Negative: The heating wasn’t working this should have been checked
Had to keep calling to sort and was still not fully working the next day.
Our elderly mum was left with no heating for entire stay so had to pile blankets on the bed
It was very cold and wet that weekend

The property was very well looked after, equipped, and clean. Key pick up convenient. Early check in was extremely good service. Check out at 10.00 was a little unsual. Noon would be more in line with market practice.
Only one set of keys for 8 guests was difficualt at times.
