Positive: Good location, free parking.
Welcome pack and toiletries were a bonus.
Negative: There is no reception desk so when I had an issue with a car having blocked me in their car park I had to email them but they never got back to me.
No daily housekeeping which was fine but given we were staying more than one night extra toilet roll, toiletries and tea/coffee would have been nice.
The furniture in the room was a little dated and the bedside table has a cigarette burn on it and there looked like a burn on the carpet too.

This is a great place to stay…
Better than great - clean, well kept in a great location. Quiet, good value and very helpful staff - home from home - you really expect anymore. .

Nice quiet street and would definitely stay here again
Positive: Room was clean and tidy. Tea/Coffee facilities in the room were plentiful. Shower was fantastic
Negative: The power blew in the hotel 5 minutes after we arrived. Despite phoning up asking for progress twice and being promised a call back to be updated, we never had one.
