Positive: Peaceful, quiet, comfortable location Negative: The room smells of mold, the carpet is noticeably dirty, the pillows are old and uncomfortable, the pillowcase was a bit dirty when we checked in. For a 4-star hotel, I was surprised that there was no mini fridge.One glass and one teaspoon for two people. The kettle is old and smells like plastic when heated.

Lovely hotel Positive: It was a great location and the room was nice. I also liked that it was accommodating for our cat. There was a cute little pet basket in the bathroom and loved the complimentary gifts too Negative: Nothing

Positive: Good location, free parking. Welcome pack and toiletries were a bonus. Negative: There is no reception desk so when I had an issue with a car having blocked me in their car park I had to email them but they never got back to me. No daily housekeeping which was fine but given we were staying more than one night extra toilet roll, toiletries and tea/coffee would have been nice. The furniture in the room was a little dated and the bedside table has a cigarette burn on it and there looked like a burn on the carpet too.

Better than great - clean, well kept in a great location. Quiet, good value and very helpful staff - home from home - you really expect anymore. .
