Positive: The location Negative: The room was dirty dining chair broken no dishwasher as stated hot plate didnt work carpet stained and needed hoovering cup marks on bedside table fan really dirty black hand marks on door frame and walls . Garden furniture all rusty and falling apart dog poo that had not been cleaned up . The rubbish bin outside over flowing in general all the public areas stairs ect needed repaint and carpets cleaned. Very disappointing as we had gone there for my partners birthday he wasn't very impressed we could sit in the garden because smell of dog poo and flies and the rusty furniture .

One of the best experiences I've had in the UK Positive: Loved the clean rooms and facilities and the views and location. It's perfect for a quiet retreat. Negative: Would like some basic toiletries just to ease the process of being new to the area.

A beautiful place to stay. In a good location!
