I would stay again Positive: Great position, easy to find, loverly room nice and spacious Negative: The pillows are due to be changed, very flat and not comfortable . The bathroom could do with some hooks to hang towels

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt Positive: Der Garten ist ein Traum Negative: Ausstattung für einen Aufenthalt länger als 2-3 Tage ist etwa mangelhaft. Kein Schrank und kaum Möglichkeit zu kochen.

Positive: The room was lovely with French doors opening on to the garden and in a good location within walking distance of the beaches and town.

Home away from home. Positive: Cosy and quaint. I felt very "at home" here. They let me have my room a hour early due to arriving early! My room opened onto the garden, this was lovely in the mornings. Self service means I didn't worry about keys, and felts so much smoother and secure. The kitchette facilities meant that I saved alot of money on my trip (eating in instead of out) I have stayed in Bournemouth a few times now (in rooms MORE expensive for less quality) in different hotel and this one will sit in the Top 3. Negative: The locks to the doors are quite loud if you are coming back late at night! I was conscious that I might wake others (this is a minor thing and definitely not something I would usually write about as this place is honestly a dream to stay at!)

Positive: The studio flat that I stayed in for 2 nights was absolutely perfect. Simple smooth check in, a lovely building, really well maintained. My room had a huge bay window so was lovely and bright with doors opening into the garden which is a really nice feature. The room is really tastefully elegantly decorated and spacious and the bed was really comfy. It was a very peaceful stay and I slept well. The room was lovely and warm when I arrived. Really good shower. Everything you need in the kitchen. Even the hallway is a joy to walk into, nicely decorated and lovely and warm. Great location and parking at the front although limited. I was extremely impressed with this place, having stayed at quite a few apartments over the last couple of years, this one tops the rest, and those were good too. Negative: I would have preferred an earlier check in as 4pm quite late for me. Even 3pm would be better. Parking could be an issue if a lot of guests have cars although 2 hours free parking on the road til 6pm so overnight is ok to park.
