Minor complaint Positive: Access to the station and town centre Negative: The bed was moving. Staffs to shift chase of draws and clean as it is dirty. I drop my perfume bottle, and when I pull the draw out, notice the dirt. It's not alarming, just so the cleaners be aware .

A lovely stay, spacious room and spotlessly clean! Positive: The family suite was perfect for our needs. Travelling with dogs meant that the separate living room, bedroom and kitchen were ideal. The bed was very comfy and the place was spotless. Lovely touches like the complimentary items in the kitchen and bathroom topped it off. Negative: There was a little confusion at the start over our dogs coming with us but the communication was great and it was resolved quickly. There was nothing we didn’t like but a couple of suggestions would be to clear the side path down to the bins as there was a lot of algae on the pathway which was then walked into the kitchen if you weren’t careful. A mat by the kitchen door would also be helpful.
