Negative: Dirty, hard uncomfortable bed, broken sofa. Pubic hairs on the bathroom floor, stains. No cooker or equipment in the kitchen. Pictures in the ad are AI enhanced.

Nice and Quiet Flat in a Great Location
Positive: The location is excellent - just a short walk from the high street and the seafront. The flat is situated on a peaceful, quiet road, which made for a very relaxing stay. On our first day it was quite cold outside (in June), so we were pleasantly surprised to find the heating already on. It was lovely to walk into a warm and welcoming flat.
Negative: The only downside was the sofa bed in the living room, which is quite worn and should be replaced.
