Well appointed and furnished apartment withn very easy reach of the train station Positive: Within ten minutes walk of both the railway station - and the bustling Old Christchurch Road area. Pleasant outside garden area at the back of the property. Negative: Take care lifting your luggage up the stairs if (like myself) you opted for the top floor apartment

This property was really good for a relaxing weekend break. Great location for local shops and amenities. Train station, Asda, Lidil and Co-op all within walking distance. The beach isnt far either. Either a 15 minute walk or easily by bus.The appartment had everything we needed, but there is NO IRON or ironing board, so bring your own little travel one.Practically clean apartment apart from a few cobwebs and stains on the carpet.Great value for money and glad we stayed here instead of a basic hotel room.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Dirty, hard uncomfortable bed, broken sofa. Pubic hairs on the bathroom floor, stains. No cooker or equipment in the kitchen. Pictures in the ad are AI enhanced.

Nice and Quiet Flat in a Great Location Positive: The location is excellent - just a short walk from the high street and the seafront. The flat is situated on a peaceful, quiet road, which made for a very relaxing stay. On our first day it was quite cold outside (in June), so we were pleasantly surprised to find the heating already on. It was lovely to walk into a warm and welcoming flat. Negative: The only downside was the sofa bed in the living room, which is quite worn and should be replaced.
