Mixed impressions Positive: Good location, unfortunately road works in front of the house Negative: Not seen any staff, no room service, no little fridge in the room.v

Decent Stay at a reasonable price Positive: The location within walking distance of the city centre, the good price, and the clean and comfortable room. Negative: Lack of A/C during the summer meant sleeping under the covers on the top floor was challenging. The bathroom and shower was also small (but still good!)

Positive: Close to the shops Negative: It's a bit narrow, and shower it's not for big people

It was alright for a short stay but I wouldn’t recommend a stay for over a couple nights. Positive: It was in a good place for tourists and parking was good as you also had free street parking which is hard to find in Bournemouth. The room had various complimentary items for guests like toiletries and hot drink bits. Negative: Due to the weather it was very hard to stay cool as the room only has a small fan that didn’t work very well and there was no air conditioning. The showers are also extremely small and the staircases are hard to walk on as they’re quite small.

Lovely property, comfortable beds, great location and have no hesitation in recommending. Positive: The location of the property and cleanliness of all 3 rooms we booked was excellent and I would highly recommend this property based on these two factors alone. Other added bonuses were the fact it had a private garden which we used on the first night of our stay and parking, whether it was at the property or on the residential road, was very convenient. Negative: We felt the size of the shower cubicles in all three rooms could have been bigger. Whilst all 6 of us were able to shower, there was very little room to manoeuvre once you were in the shower and based on the fact that there is enough room to make them bigger, we feel this would be the only thing which would be worth noting as something to consider changing.
